Weight Loss Motivation and Diet Motivation

Weight loss motivation and diet motivation comes from seeing results. Weight loss results come from setting weight loss goals and sticking to them. Weight loss motivation is all about desire rather than willpower. How much do you want to lose weight?

Dieting, by its very nature, is a temporary fix for a permanent weight loss problem. After you choose a weight loss plan, you're expected to make instant, radical (and many times, painful) changes to your life, all the while feeling cranky, miserable and hungry. Starting a diet is like starting a journey. Like any journey it requires preparation. Start by doing exercises only for a few minutes.
